IT Delivery Coordinator
We are looking to hire a talented IT Delivery Coordinator to support Ateas internal IT organization, Atea Digital Service. We are transforming our internal IT organization to support the future and we therefore need an outgoing, dedicated, and responsible profile who can participate in a strong dialog with the business and our developers.

The position is in Atea Digital Service Denmark (Ballerup) with reference to the local Business Service Manager. You will join a team of 20+ amazing and competent colleagues of where most are seated in Denmark with a handful in the Baltics.
The team you will join, supports the business in developing and maintaining several applications. You will be the central player between the business and our development team ensuring requirement standards are held, frameworks are kept, preparing- and maturing backlogs, facilitating prioritization meetings, coordinating with stakeholders, and more.
Broad responsibility and primary tasks are:
Task management within Agile frameworks
We work using an agile framework such as Kanban and SCRUM, and it will be your job to ensure the backlogs are matured and maintained. You will be the one responsible for task management in Jira later Azure DevOps and to ensure related processes are kept by both business and developers.
Requirements & prioritization
Together with our Service & Process Specialists, you will work on requirements with the business and developers. You will educate the business to grow the value-oriented mindset and how to work on requirements and prioritization.
Stakeholder Management
You will keep stakeholders informed on progress and other relevant information related to development.
Prioritization Boards
You will facilitate and coordinate our prioritization board meeting ensuring the development backlogs are full and rightly prioritized.
Projects
As you will have a coordinating responsibility on all tasks coming to the development team, you will be involved on various projects, as our developers both obtain work on existing and new applications.

About You
You are a diplomatic person who is curious by nature and loves challenges, while striving to deliver quality solutions and challenging the status quo. You are also self-motivated and a detail-oriented individual. You are a responsible team-player that dares to navigate between business and IT.
- Fluent in Danish & English both written and verbal.
- Relevant education or 1-3 years of experience from similar job(s).
- Great sense of ownership and proudness in the work that you do.
- Must be able to multi-task successfully while meeting delivery deadlines.
- You are positive and have a good sense of humor.
- You are an outgoing person who is not afraid to take control.
Qualifications
You could be newly educated with a relevant bachelor’s degree or higher. You could also have experience from a similar position.
Key Advantages
- The ability to interact between business and development.
- Experience with agile methods (Scrum/Kanban). Potentially you are PSM certified.
- Experience with one or more of the platforms SharePoint, MS Teams, JIRA, Azure DevOps.
- Organized and pragmatic approach.
- Understanding business needs/requirements and having the curiosity and interest in understanding different business areas.
- Comfortable and used to taking lead on forums.
- Enjoying the layer between IT and Business.
Desirables
- Experience with Training / Education
- Understanding and/or interest in GDPR and data governance.
