The position requires a versatile profile
You will become part of the Global Launch Management (GLM) team and be dedicated to the team working with our new innovative drug within eczema. We are preparing for a best in class commercialization and we need your skills and dedication to help us ensuring we reach our ambitious targets.
The specific job tasks are many and varied, including:
You have a proven track record in with launch management and preferable you also have great experience with project management from a global role. You are used to working with high quality deliverables, have a high sense of structure and planning and are able to meet deadlines. You have experience from a global commercial role from pharma or med-tech, you know how to work with change management and have a high level of communication skills. You have a well-developed cultural flair, and experience in building and maintaining productive partnerships across borders, preferably with Asia, Middle East and Latin American markets. It is a requirement that you have a cross functional understanding as that is critical for many of the different tasks you will work on.
Other requirements:
You will report to the Sr. Director in the Global Launch Management team and be based at the LEO Pharma headquarters in Ballerup, greater Copenhagen.

The specific job tasks are many and varied, including:
- Responsible for successful execution of the launch readiness process in appointed markets with focus on Tier2&3 markets; act as GLM PoC in appointed markets, drive global project management in these e.g. viaestablished tools such as the LEO Launch Platform
- Drive alignment across global stakeholders to ensure successful execution of the launch readiness process inappointed markets incl. including tracking and reporting of launch KPIs
- Preparing the global functions and markets for launch readiness preparation meetings
- Preparing pre-reads and presentations for launch meetings and ensure outcome and actions are preparedand followed up on
- Demonstrate subject-matter expertise pertaining to launch readiness and continuously work to identify bestpractices across global and local teams as well as opportunities for process optimization
- Actively communicate, drive and enable compliance with defined processes
- Designing and preparing global-affiliate meetings for maximum outcome, e.g. preparing agendas andplanning workshops
- Coordinating with all relevant functions to ensure preparation of meetings and follow up on meeting outcomes
- Prepare launch readiness reporting for launch team, executive leadership team and board of directors
- Post launch assess quality of launches in individual markets to derive learnings for future launch improvement
- Proactively contribute to identify change management opportunities and activities within own and teamresponsibilities'
You have a proven track record in with launch management and preferable you also have great experience with project management from a global role. Other requirements:
- Relevant education at Master degree level
- 5-7 years’ experience from an international organization
- Business skills
- Launch Excellence experience/understanding
- Change management experience/understanding
- Project Management experience/understanding
- Structured approach and excellent planning capabilities
- Experience with biological drugs
- Commercial experience in pharma from e.g. marketing or SFE
- Experience from multiple marketplaces (global and local)
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence/experience working globally with organizations/teams/individuals
- Ability to impact complex, matrix organizations
- Experience as a consultant will be seen as an advantage
- Good at planning, creating structure and driving disciplined execution
- High proficiency in spoken and written English – it is not a prerequisite that you are a native Danish speaker
- Strong Microsoft office skills, PowerPoint and Excel in particular
