The Commercial Excellence team is part of the Region International & Thrombosis business unit. Region International & Thrombosis is a diverse region, covering markets across Asia, Middle East, Northern Africa, and South- and Central America. You will therefore be working with different countries and cultures across different time zones.
In LEO Pharma, we have an ambition to achieve a fully integrated customer engagement approach – and this is why we need you. In this role, you will mainly support the Digital En-gagement Managers in the roll-out and maintenance of a range of digital systems, such as websites and marketing automation. You will be supporting the markets on various tasks, such as updating websites and building and localizing email campaigns. Thus, it is important that you are service-minded and have a good technical understanding. Furthermore, you will join a fast-paced team and are therefore expected to take responsibility of your own tasks and projects. While relevant experience is a plus, it is more important that you are self-driven, proactive, and not afraid to try new things and “learn-by-doing”. That being said, the Digital Engagement Managers will of course ensure that you are provided with the nec-essary training and continuous support that is needed to be successful in your daily tasks.
Examples of tasks that you could be responsible for:
- Update and maintain content on websites targeted at healthcare professional
- Maintain and further develop internal communication hub
- Build and execute on email marketing campaigns for affiliates
- Support digital asset management system (PromoMats)
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between relevant stakeholders
- Analyze performance of websites and email campaigns and provide optimization points
While above points are examples, you will get the opportunity to influence which projects you will work on.
It is preferred that you:
- Are currently studying at a university, preferably within the areas of business admin-istration, e-business, innovation, communications, marketing or similar
- Are service-minded, structured and have a good eye for details
- Have a good technical understanding, while knowledge about HTML, CSS and JavaS-cript is a plus
- Experience with CMS, email marketing platforms and Google Analytics is a plus
- Are proactive and thrive with responsibility and learning new things
- Are fluent in written and spoken English and thrive in an international environment
You will be working 15-20 hours at LEO Pharma HQ in Ballerup, of course with flexibility in exam periods and during holidays.
