We are looking for a Senior Quality System Engineer who can take up this exiting position in the Corporate QA Systems department. You will work within the department focus area “QMS & Audit” but also collaborate closely with the other department focus area; “Agile & IT System Compliance”.

Experience and passion
To succeed in the job, you must have a relevant academic background - e.g., a MSc / BSc in engineering or similar, as well as 5-8 years’ experience from working within a quality organization – preferably for Medical Devices.
You have:
As a person, you are outgoing, have a good business understanding and are confident in communicating quality requirements and facilitating effective implementation in an organization.
It is important that you have a strong drive, like to take lead, and that you can work independently. You take pride in good collaboration, and you are open-minded and see possibilities even when daily life is dynamic and hectic.

Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Act as QA project manager and drive strategic QA projects – e.g., related to new Ambu sites, changing regulatory requirements and QMS improvement
- Continuously maintain, develop and improve Ambu’s global QMS processes
- Build strong business partnership and facilitate understanding of quality requirements across the Ambu Organization
- Perform internal audits and corporate audits of other Ambu sites
- Manage and participate in inspections by notified body and authorities, and related follow up
- Perform quality training activities
Experience and passion
To succeed in the job, you must have a relevant academic background - e.g., a MSc / BSc in engineering or similar, as well as 5-8 years’ experience from working within a quality organization – preferably for Medical Devices.
You have:
- Extensive knowledge of Quality Management System requirements for Medical Devices such as ISO 13485, EU MDR and MDSAP.
- Experience with driving project activities within a quality organization.
- Demonstrated experience as internal lead auditor
- Passion for conducting quality training activities in small and large fora
