Group IT supports the entire GN Group, including our 3 subsidiaries, GN Store Nord, GN Audio and GN Hearing, and we are dedicated to managing and developing our IT system landscape that supports the entire organization in doing what it does best: leading major technology shifts with intelligent audio solutions to make life sound better.
In Ballerup, you will join a team of 16 in Digital & Commercial Services, counting our solution architects, developers, business analysts, solution manager, system administrators, scrum masters and test managers as well as colleagues in both the US and Philippines. Together, we develop high quality, user-friendly partner portals, CRM, web and e-commerce solutions for our customers, internal sales, and marketing departments.
A key part of the job is to collaborate and interact with multiple stakeholders across the IT and business with focus on test and documentation.
You will work in average 15 hours a week. The job is highly flexible, and we will agree on the working hours together, so they fit with your studies.
Main objectives and tasks:
The main objective of this position is to support the team in Denmark where the tasks and responsibilities will change along the way. The initial tasks for the position will include tasks such as:

We are looking for a profile, which has the following skill sets:
Company language is English.
You have min. 2 years of Master studies left within IT, Business Administration, Communication or similar. Knowledge within IT is not a prerequisite, and the most important thing is that you are structured, ambitious and know how to get things done.

- Be part of the test process together with the other test managers, making sure the quality of the solutions built meet customer demands
- Be part of driving test driven development processes as well as automated test implementation in projects and daily operations
- Optimize the test processes, work with the quality of acceptance criteria to enable a lean test process for both business and IT and automate all possible scenarios
- Be part of projects and daily operation when it comes to testing to facilitate, optimize and set requirements for test cases and test plans
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a profile, which has the following skill sets:
- Organized with a flexible and adaptable approach
- Has a desire to develop your skillset and take on responsibility
- Self driven and outspoken
- Curious and social
- Interest in digital testing and being part of both manual and automated tests
