In Group IT we have embarked upon a transformational journey, where we are changing the set-up from on premise-based solutions to cloud-based”.
The aim is to build a setup for the future without compromising the existing business and looking further ahead. This transformation is aimed to be the start of establishing a GN cloud factory, which can collect all the core components in an efficient platform structure, making it more accessible to the business and thereby accelerate innovation.
Core Platforms, Group IT
At our global HQ at Ballerup, Copenhagen, you will join our Group IT Core Platforms team. The team is responsible for managing our numerous IT devices and technologies used across the entire GN Group IT users globally and the entire IT infrastructure architecture and operation.
Who are we looking for?
To succeed in the role, you must be organized with a great “can do” attitude and with an interest in IT - for some of the tasks, technical flair is needed. Furthermore, you will collaborate with many different people across the IT organization, and it is therefore crucial that you are open-minded and independent.
Depending on your interest and flair, the position can be tweaked to “fit your profile” within the various areas such as:

We image that you most likely have 2-3 years left of your studies within IT, Business Administration, Finance or similar.
This job is a great steppingstone that will teach you vital skills for a career in IT.
You will work on average 15 hours a week.
The job is highly flexible, and we will agree on the working hours together, so they fit with your studies.

- Azure Cloud operation
- Network (LAN, WAN, WIFI) technical support and administration
- IT administration (licenses, suppliers, contracts, resource planning)
- Project coordination
- Help develop end user communication & training material
- Microsoft 365 administration
- Help build the Power Platform communities and help our business develop and craft new apps
To be successful in this position, you are:
- Highly organized and structured in your work approach
- Passionate about IT and possess technical flair
- Detail orientated
- Capable of working independently & are a self-starter
- Able to effectively communicate in English, since our corporate language is English
