Kick-start your finance career at GN!
Throughout the 24-month program, you will experience a steep learning curve, get hands-on on part of daily finance operations, drive, and participate in several projects, tasks, and processes that will give you a comprehensive understanding of the finance function in a listed, international company. You will navigate in a constantly evolving environment, working with many colleagues and collaboration partners on different levels. Quickly, you will gain a strong network across GN as well as valuable experience in project management, and unique insights from a range of finance functions.

As a Global Finance Graduate, you have multiple rotation opportunities within Global Finance, Business Finance, Group & Financial Reporting, M&A, Investor Relations and Regional Finance – all offering essential perspectives on finance and business development for a strong start to your finance career at GN.
Throughout the program, you will be supported by excellent leaders, program sponsors, and a mentor, starting up in a great network of 14 fellow Engineering, Finance, IT, Marketing, and Supply Chain Graduates with a focus on developing cross-functional relations.

Familiarity with the financial toolbox?
It is a plus if you have experience with, SAP, Power BI, SQL, Python, and MS Excel and PowerPoint. You might also have relevant work experience from internships or student positions.
Enthusiastic about establishing relationships in a multicultural environment
You will work with many different stakeholders, and you need to develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues from all over the world. With your strong collaboration skills, you need to be able to get the best out of the different competencies and different cultural settings, this is why you are proficient in English too.

- Excellent results, shown in your grade point average
- We also accept welcome candidates with up to one year of experience after graduating
- Ready to start working September 1, 2022
