We execute IT services from the Digital Product & Service Delivery (DPSD) department in an environment of continuous service improvements, transformation, and innovation.

As IT Product Owner/Service Delivery Manager in DPSD you will get the opportunity to make a positive difference for people with skin conditions all over the world.
We have two open positions: one in our Commercial Agile Release Train (ART) and one in our Global Product Supply (GPS) ART. Our mission is to provide the digital systems that enables Commercial and GPS to effectively develop and expand our business in line with the overall business strategy. As IT Product Owner (IT PO) you will be part of a DevOps team which is responsible for development and maintenance of the team’s application portfolio.
You will join Global IT at a crucial point in our journey towards becoming a truly agile and lean organization. You will decide how your agile team is operating and you use your influence to set the agenda regarding application strategy in close collaboration with your business stakeholders, ART Leadership and our external partners.
As an IT PO you will be the focal point for issues related to your team’s applications and as accountable you help your team resolve issues.
Moreover, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives for optimal application use, proactively identify risks and issues and enforce management procedures to minimize application downtime or outages. It will be within your responsibility to collaborate, build and maintain key guiding principles, templates etc. to help knowledge sharing across organizational units and increase standardization of governance.
As a person you are motivated by making a difference, digging into issues and making things happen. You are using your experience to keep an overview in a fast-paced workday. You take ownership and lead the way, and you can balance your efforts between overall improvements towards operational issue handling. You are a strong communicator and excel at engaging with and managing internal and external stakeholders.
You will join a team of dedicated and skilled colleagues covering a specific part of either the Commercial ART business application portfolio or the Global Product Supply ART at LEO Pharma’s headquarters in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen. We own and manage the IT lifecycle of the applications and platforms that are essential for supporting the global business value stream. We work closely with our outsourcing partners and share a passion for providing high quality service to the LEO Pharma business. The job

As an IT PO you will be the focal point for issues related to your team’s applications and as accountable you help your team resolve issues.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Develop and sustain a high-performing agile team in close collaboration with your ART Leadership
- Ensure that your team has the right mix of competencies
- Accountable and responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the team’s IT application portfolio
- Ensure that the backlog is refined, prioritized and ready for implementation in collaboration with business leads
- Responsible for coordinating application changes and associated tasks
- Prepare and review system documentation
- Responsible for ensuring that the IT services are compliant with internal and external requirements (according to health authorities) to ensure the validated state is maintained
- Manage the relationship with and performance of external vendors
- Produce and present reporting and highlight progress to the department and Line of Business (LoB) stakeholders

As the ideal candidate, you:
- Thrive on team spirit, are creative and able to act when conditions change
- Take ownership of your team and show a real interest in leading and nourishing the team in all kinds of “weather conditions”
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Have solid experience (at least 3-5 years) within Service Delivery Management
- Have solid experience (at least 3-5 years) within the pharma or another GxP regulated industry
- Have solid experience with IT compliance and release/validation activities and GxP if entering the GPS ART
- Are experienced in the agile, lean and DevOps methodologies and frameworks, SAFe is preferred
- Know how to create a lean QMS that supports agile teams
- Have hands-on experience and desire for reviewing IT documents such as user requirements, release notes, validation plans and -reports etc.
- Functional and technical understanding of relevant pharma solutions in the Commercial or GPS domain, incl. handling SLA’s
- Fully proficient in both written and spoken English as we work in an international environment.
