The job
Your mission is to drive the development of cross-functional LEO disease strategies and implement these as guidance to R&D, BD, and pipeline program teams on areas where LEO can lead and bring differentiated value. Among other this entails:

You will be part of the Global Marketing & Portfolio Management team, a newly established VP area. Together with your colleagues, you will set the overall approach to marketing discipline across the entire organization to support development of innovative marketing strategies, differentiated brand solutions for our customers and the portfolio development for our pipeline as well as later cycle products.

The job
Your mission is to drive the development of cross-functional LEO disease strategies and implement these as guidance to R&D, BD, and pipeline program teams on areas where LEO can lead and bring differentiated value. Among other this entails:
- Leading cross-functional development of dermatology disease strategies
- Process design and project management
- Bridging patient needs with scientific understanding to facilitate identification of potential MOAs or assets of interest
- Drive commercial due diligence of in-licensing opportunities
- Close collaboration with various subject matter experts, connecting scientific understanding with commercial opportunity in various projects
Your qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. Advanced degree (MSc, MBA, PhD) preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of pharmaceutical/medical industry experience or related consulting experience
- Previous experience in assessing and shaping early development projects, business development assessments and/or strategy development preferred
- Sound understanding of sales and marketing requirements, and key commercial processes
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point required
