We are looking for a Commercial Manager Kyntheum and Delgocinitib EU+ for our Global Team!
As a Commercial Manager Kyntheum and Delgocinitib EU+, you will be key in preparing and ensure sales performance across markets for Kyntheum® and Delgocitinib in the future for EU+ cluster (Europe, UK, Canada, Australia). You will be part of the Commercial Management Team within LEO in Denmark. The team consists of 9 dedicated colleagues who all share the common goal, passion and dedication of managing the Business Performance and Execution of Business plans across the regions.
As part of this team you will report directly to the Commercial Management Director.
You will be based in Denmark, but alternatively you can be located anywhere else in Europe. This is a great opportunity to have a global role without relocation. You should be open for some international travels once the Covid-19 situation stabilizes.
Ensure EU+ sales performance across markets for Kyntheum® and Delgocitinib. Challenge the markets based on data and analytics to deliver high levels of forecast accuracy and increase market competitiveness.
Ensure accurate forecasting including oversight of market access assump-tions and market penetration.
Support and challenge the delivery of the Kyntheum® and Delgocitinib business plans of the region.
Manage Business Insight of Market development, competitors’ status, patient dynamics, market share, pricing and market access
Lead the Kyntheum® and Delgocitinib EU+® cross functional groups in the region, drive best practice and insights driven decision making across the affiliates
Work together with finance to inform performance at internal and external level.
We are looking for a Commercial excellence manager with global experience that is a great team player. You have a commercial mindset and explicit knowledge of how to drive a pro-active roll out of the business performance plan and it’s execution.
You most likely have an academic Business, science or engineering degree or above, analytical background, and you have at least 5 years of experience with the pharma industry.
You need to have experience in Pharmaceutical Business Intelligence and commercial excellence for Prescription drugs, Specialty treatments, Oncology/Immunology products.
You have proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams that is key for this role, with ability to influence decision making at senior management level through sound judgement and analysis acting with strong stakeholder manager skills and excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
You have to demonstrate insights and business analytics experience, ability to think strategically and solve problems, with Budget responsibility.
The competitive landscape is crowded and we value innovation and that you are skilled in analysing data and translate insights into viable and effective commercial initiatives. You master English at a high level both in written and spoken as well as in-depth experience with the MS office package
