Global Portfolio Strategy Graduate

In this challenging two-year graduate position, you will contribute directly to Ambu’s commercial success. We want to continue our position as world leader in single-use endoscopy and other product groups. To cement that position, we work to bring new and innovative products to the market, make sure to position our products right and ensure commercial success for the benefits of the customers and their health care sys-tem.

You will be part of a dynamic and international culture characterized by a strong team spirit and willingness to succeed. Our Global Marketing Department consists of more than 70 people located at our headquarters in Ballerup.
A global and commercial graduate programme with responsibilities
We offer a challenging and fun two-year graduate program where you will be an important player on the global marketing and commercial finance team. You will join four different departments, all of them located in our headquarters across departments:
1) Portfolio Strategy & Market Intel
2) Business Development
3) Commercial Finance
4) Depends on your profile and future career goals
You will start working in our portfolio strategy and market intel team working with establishing our 5-year pipeline through diligent market research and robust financials, then transit into business development focusing on external opportunities that can support our future pipeline. The third rotation will be in our commercial finance team where it all comes together in business cases and performance measures. Based on your profile and your insight into Ambu, we will together find the right rotation depending on your profile and future career wishes. Common for all the rotations in the graduate program is that you will be assigned to business-critical projects, and with the guidance of your assigned mentor, you will be expected to contribute as a full member of the departments.
The graduate program In Ambu begin in September 2022 and you will become a permanent employee from day one. At the end of the graduate program, you may continue your career in Ambu, most likely in Global Mar-keting in Ballerup.
Strong commercial player with a “can-do” attitude
We are looking for an energetic graduate who wants to kick start his or her career and who is willing to go the extra mile for a promising career in the medical device industry.
It is mandatory that you are about to graduate, or that you have graduated no more than 2 years ago, with a relevant commercial Master's degree. Additionally, you also have excellent academic achievements from your studies.
As a person, you are strategically founded, curious and hardworking with outstanding interpersonal skills and you are mindful of cultural differences. In Global Marketing, we drive the commercial global agenda so hav-ing a commercial and can-do approach is vital for the position. You are well-structured with strong analytical skills. You have the ability to go into details when it is appropriate and take a more holistic view when it is required.
As you will be working with users across the world it is vital that you are fluent in written and oral English.
