At LEO Pharma we have a clear Rewards Strategy and a solid Performance Management Process supporting a high-performance culture. Now it’s time to take these initiatives to the next level in support of our business strategy through con-tinuous optimization of our frameworks, processes and how we communicate about them.
You will be the process owner for our Performance Management Process, LEO GROW, and to ensure flawless execution, you possess strong training/communication skills. Further, solid understanding of Compensation Systems (we work with Success-Factors) is something you already have or will quickly acquire.
You will be a member of our Global Performance & Rewards CoE, where we support the organization with all Performance, Rewards, Executive Remuneration and People Mobility matters. We are a diverse team with colleagues in UAE, Poland, US and Denmark and our strong collaboration and interdependence is key to our success.

The Job

You will be the process owner for our Performance Management Process, LEO GROW, and to ensure flawless execution, you possess strong training/communication skills. Further, solid understanding of Compensation Systems (we work with Success-Factors) is something you already have or will quickly acquire.
Your qualifications
- You hold a master’s degree within Business Administration, Finance, Economics, HR or similar.
- You have minimum 5 years’ experience with rewards management, but more importantly you have a track record of de-livering killer analytics in a complex environment.
- You are keen to work with Performance Management, and previous experience in this field is a strong plus.
- You are curious by nature, have strong analytical skills, are passionate about HR, and enjoy teamwork.
- Apart from your advanced Excel skills (preferably with some VBA understanding/interest), you know your way around PowerPoint and have a natural interest in working with numbers and data – translating them into findings and key mes-sages. You understand the importance of having a strong focus on details and know how to deliver on time.
- You are effective at building strong relationships and trust with your stakeholders. As you will be engaging with col-leagues across the global organisation it is important that you can communicate effectively and confidently in English.
