Are you an experienced project manager ready to take on new challenges? Then this is your opportunity to structure and shape the expansion of Silvan in this newly created position.
We are looking for someone with great experience within constructions to oversee and manage refurbishments for existing and new stores. In close collaboration with the Real Estate Team, you’ll take part in facilitating the expansion of Silvan by being involved in a broad selection of construction tasks, among other project management, negotiating with various construction providers, lead applications with building authorities and overseeing the budgeting.

Main responsibilities
- Take the lead in reconstruction and refurbishment projects and ensure alignment within the Real Estate Team, as well as other involved departments.
- Oversee and coordinate operational endeavors, such as new store openings.
- Analyze optimization potentials for Real Estate and oversee execution measures.
- Present your results directly to the Head of Real Estate and to C-level members.
Preferred qualifications
- You have minimum 10 years of experience from a similar role and experience with leadership.
- You have good negotiation skills with construction providers.
- You possess strong communication skills and are business fluent in Danish and English.
- You are familiar with laws & requirements set by municipalities / building offices
- You have solid PowerPoint and Excel skills.
