The Nilfisk Next is our transformational strategy launched in 2018, which will guide us to position Nilfisk as the global leader in intelligent cleaning. We envision to achieve three core business objectives; to become a global company, a solution partner and a digital leader.
Play a key role in our global strategic transformation
In order to succeed with the global strategic transformation, we are looking for a Strategy & Transformation Manager, which will become part of a team of 4-5 people responsible for:
As a manager in the Strategy & Transformation Office you can expect exposure to a wide variety of transformative tasks within our four transformational drivers; Simplify, Grow, Digitize and Lead. You will work in a consultative role on several strategic projects, while at the same time lead your own projects.
You will be based in the HQ of Nilfisk located in Brøndby (Greater Copenhagen).
Who are you?
You hold a master’s degree and have preferably 4-6 years of experience in a leading consulting company or a similar position in the industry. We expect you to be passionate and dedicated about leading others and driving projects forward. You have a pragmatic approach and are willing to support projects with what it takes to succeed. You can work independently and ensure high quality of deliverables. In addition, we would like you to:
