As an analyst in the Financial Planning and Analysis team (FP&A), you will report to the Head of FP&A. We are committed to create a commercially oriented Group function, which supports senior management team to steer and grow the business. Scope of work spans entirety of P&L and Balance Sheet and there will be rich opportunities for steep learning curves and personal development. You will be based at the HQ of Nilfisk in Brøndby (Greater Copenhagen) and have the opportunity to work across countries and functions.
The key aspects for this role will be to:
Curious and proactive data cruncher
We imagine that you have worked a couple of years in a commercial finance role or as a management consultant. You could also be a recent graduate with some years of experience from a student assistant job. You have advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and experience working with data story telling. You have a natural curiosity wanting to understand the bigger picture of the business and how the numbers match. Therefore you are not afraid of challenging the numbers, especially if there is something that does not add up.
What is really important to us is your personality. To be successful in this role, you have drive and a high energy-level which allows you to get things done without compromising quality. You are proactive, able to drive initiatives and resilient when faced with challenges. Furthermore, you are analytic, structured and good at managing priorities.

- Build suite of reporting tools for the benefit of Group Finance and Senior Management
- Be a key driver for monitoring of pricing impact in Nilfisk, hereunder ensuring data availability via BI application
- Perform commercial controlling and analysis to outline underlying business performance and trends
- Support Budget and Forecast processes; working cross-functionally, you will use financial analysis and forecasting to design and oversee the execution of Budgets and Forecasts
- Develop and maintain long-term financial model and performance measures
- Develop understanding of the business context, translate financial and non-financial data into business opportunities.
