Support our global Connected Solutions
An important part of Nilfisk’s strategy is to digitize and connect our product offering to enable us to offer new digitized services and solutions. You will take part in supporting the Global Fleet Success Specialist in the daily tasks related to process development, ensuring data validity, account management and reporting related to the connected fleet.
You will become a member of the Service & New Business Models team, that drives the commercial agenda of digitally connecting our fleet of machines, to monitor and analyze their performance. We want to create real value by delivering actionable insights from data to our customers in cleaning. The position is in the Nilfisk HQ, Brøndby (Greater Copenhagen).
Your responsibilities will include:
Proactive student with flair for working with data
We imagine you are an Engineering student (IT, electronics, mechatronics) with a good understanding of processes. You are fluent in oral and written English as this is the company language. Additionally, you are outstanding in excel whereas skills in Power Bi are a plus.
On a personal level, we imagine that you are proactive, outgoing, and collaborative as you will be working on several interesting tasks. Additionally, you are structured and detail-oriented to ensure we register, find, and conclude on the right data.
You can work, in average, 15 hours per week, and we will be flexible during exam periods. Salary level will be competitive and adapted to your competences.

- Create weekly/monthly fleet reports to update Head of Sales and global stakeholders on fleet performance
- Customer account management for digital services to ensure data is up to date
- Create standard operating procedures, guides, and forms to support global processes.
- Analyze and consolidate data from different IT-systems
- Various ad-hoc tasks supporting The Global Fleet Success Specialist
