Lead a team to bring global marketing campaigns to the next level
As the Global Campaign Strategy Senior Manager, you are responsible for providing engaging campaigns and content to support the commercial priororities and overall growth of the Nilfisk brand and sales throughout the world. You lead content specialists and strategists, as well as vendor partners to deliver best-in-class campaigns and assets.
Your place of work will be in our HQ in Brøndby, Greater Copenhagen, and you will report to the Director of Campaign Management, Ashley Riley. You will manage a team of 3 marketing professionals.
This position requires 30 days of international travel per year. Flexible schedules and remote work are possible.
You work in partnership with the global marketing leadership team to prioritize key initiatives, actively stragitize for success in key markets and segments, plan campaigns, support local execution needs, and evaluate success.
The campaign strategy team serves as the go-to for best practice, and this role is the go-to contact for regional field marketing heads to request collaboration on local campaign strategies.
You will need to bring experience in campaign marketing with passion and enthusiasm to inspire new ways of working and best-practice implementation to our global, regional, and local campaigns.
Main responsibilities include:
Further, you will develop and implement compelling sales tools together with sales and marketing, monitor, analyze and apply feedback to measure the success of the campaign together with regional data and insights teams.
You will also work with providing best practices on incorporating events, media, and other strategies into global and local campaigns. Additionally, you will manage the budget for campaign and content creation.
An experienced, curious campaign manager
We imagine you have a BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications or similar field and 7+ years of experience as a B2B environment.
To succeed in this position, you are both a creative and quantitative thinker. You bring applicable experience creating and implementing successful marketing campaigns through various channels and with progressive marketing techniques. You have great PowerPoint layout/design skills and working knowledge of marketing technology tools (automation, CRM, analytics, etc.).
You have great collaboration skills and can, with empathy, work with a broad group of stakeholders across departments, levels and time zones. You have great experience with strategic thinking, prioritization and project planning.
With your self-driven, self-starting and determined attitude you take initiative with enthusiasm.

- Create global and regional campaigns and strategies to support commercial priorities
- Lead campaign and content managers/specialists including setting objectives and ensuring performance measures are realized
- Collaborate with field marketing leadership to prioritize key topics, set objectives and coordinate strategies for success
- Work closely with Regional Field Marketing teams and drive cross-functional collaboration with extended marketing teams (Digital Marketing, Paid Media, Global Campaigns)
- Support coordination of timing and planning for global, regional and local campaigns/activities, in constant communication with internal creative service
