FORCE Technology has a wide range of state-of-the-art facilities for testing of structures, products, materials and electronics, and numerous internationally unique laboratories. The Compliance & Product Testing division is on the fore front of new technology, and has around 150 specialists who perform test, certification, consultancy, inspection and standardization work.
We offer a motivating and varied job as a Test Engineer in Denmark’ largest one-stop-shop for product approvals. You will have great opportunities, to shape your development in a personal and professional direction, together with highly skilled colleagues.
You will be part of our Product Test team, where we test and, in many cases, also certify the products according to the Personal Protective Equipment Regulation and the Marine Directive – such as protective clothing, lifejackets and immersion suits, fall arrest equipment, bicycle locks, syringes for immunization, and fire extinction equipment, to mention a few. We work for Danish and international clients, bringing in equipment for market access to both Europe (EU) and UK.
As Test Engineer in Product Test, you will have close contact with our customers, engineers, and technicians in a collaboration across FORCE Technology's other departments.
Your key tasks will be:
The primary work location is at our headquarter in Brøndby, with occasional travel to our location in Hørsholm, as well as on-site test locations at customers.
You have a technical background as technician or engineer, preferably with experience in mechanics and work in laboratories or mechanical workshops. You are used to following test protocols and documenting results.
The ideal candidate has an analytical and structured approach in daily work tasks, and like practical hands-on work. You thrive with stakeholder relations and have the ability, to both dive deep into technical issues and to communicate with customers in a commercial, sales oriented fashion.

- collaborate with customers on new and existing tasks
- build and maintain test setups, including documentation
- perform tests and prepare test reports
- plan, prepare and coordinate practical tests with test subjects
- participate in the ongoing efforts, to further develop our methodology within test methods, test procedures and training.

Qualifications
You have a technical background as technician or engineer, preferably with experience in mechanics and work in laboratories or mechanical workshops. You are used to following test protocols and documenting results.

In addition, we believe the ideal candidate for the position meets the following requirements:
- experience in working with standards, test methods and certification
- experience in Good Manufacturing Practice and work under accreditation, including development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- experience with personal protection equipment or lifesaving equipment is a plus
- great communication skills and English at a professional level is a must
