Do you love to go the extra mile for a costumer to make them happy and provide a super service?
HumanizeR is looking for a customer service specialist for an international medical company placed in greater Copenhagen.
As a customer service specialist, you will communicate with clients on the phone, by email or through online chat programs such as Teams. You will manage all costumer related administrative processes in Sales, Logistics and Service Support. English is required both written and verbal since the communication with colleagues and costumers will be in English, other foreign languages are an advantage too.
Sakura Finetek Europe B.V. is an international medical company that has been specializing in medical development since 1596, with their expertise from the first-ever Japanese microscope in 1871, to being the original manufacturer of Tissue-Tek® technology and beyond. Sakura Finetek Europe is striving to be the first company to fully automate anatomic pathology.
The job at Sakura will be a 6-month full time vacancy, with Initially one month of training. You will have a desk at the office located in Brøndby, where you will be as much as possible with working hours 08:00 – 16:00.

As a customer service specialist, we imagine you can bring following qualities to the job
- Experience with Microsoft Office and the database applications included or Oracle Cloud.
- Relevant costumer service experience in an international environment.
- Listen to the costumer and make them feel heard and important, and giving the extra services if needed.
- The ability to work effectively with others to achieve a shared goal.
