Are you an experienced chef from the restaurant- and hospitality industry?
At BOOK1 Design Hostel we are merging the hostel vibe with Street Food burgers and salads from Cocks & Cows, urban breakfast, and indoor Minigolf – The F&B and social gaming concept is called ‘Camping’ and we are looking for the right personality take on this great challenge.
We are looking for strong structural capabilities and a person with exceptional management skills. As the Executive Chef you are responsible for all day parts and kitchen teams involved, hosting more than 100.000 guests a year.
You will also be managing our other Kitchen at the already existing Camping on Åboulevarden which serves lunch and dinner from our partners at Cocks & Cows.
You will be working within a strong framework of conceptual guidelines, but we need a person who can also take part in developing new products, create alternative group menus and much more.
