The position will be 10-15 hours per week between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm and the main location for the tasks to be carried out will be in our offices at Esbjerg Brygge in Esbjerg.

You will be part of the HR Department where you will be able to influence your own work and the ambitions and goals of the team. You will act as a strong support for mainly the two HR Business Partners.
As a student in the HR team you will havea broad variety of tasks, and over time we expect that you will be developed, so you can drive the recruitments of our Interns and Students Assistant and search for candidates thorough relevant medias. Besides this, you will be expected to have the following tasks:

- Invite candidates for interviews
- Send out personality tests to candidates
- Make job advertisements
- Drive Employer Branding activities for Universities, job fairs etc.
- Update and optimize different templates
To succeed in this position, you most likely have a background where you:
- Are undergoing a relevant education at bachelor or graduate level
- Have a strong motivation and curiosity to optimise and develop everything that you are part off
- You enjoy interacting with people from all lines of work and you understand the importance being service-minded
- By nature, you are well-organized and structured, while also being comfortable dealing with multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to communicate in English and preferably also Danish
