Your position
As our new Student Assistant in Semco Maritime you will be joining our Operation Support team where you and your colleagues will be servicing over 500 employees. You will get the unique opportunity to join an ambitious and passionate team that will assist you and provide the support needed to excel at your work.

Your tasks & responsibilities
We are in growth so you will play a critical role in ensuring our operations run smoothly, as Semco Maritime is the largest supplier of manpower for the offshore energy sector in the northern sea.
You will have a broad variety of administrative and HR tasks, including but not limited to:

You will have a broad variety of administrative and HR tasks, including but not limited to:
- Invoiceable data creation, like registration of hours spent on projects
- Data validation and checks
- Archiving certificates
- Migrating data between systems
- Ad hoc assistance to personnel coordinators
Your profile & qualifications
We imagine that you are a positive and outgoing person with a service minded attitude and great cooperation skills. Furthermore, you should be self-driven and possess an analytical and systematic mindset.
To succeed in this position, we expect that you:
- Are undergoing a relevant education at bachelor or graduate level
- Have great written and oral communication skills in English
- Preferably have conversational skills in Danish
- Are available to work 15 – 20 hours a week during regular business hours
