Key Responsibilities
As a HR Operations International Mobility Partner in the HR Operations team, you will be able to shape and develop a central role with great influence in execution on operational tasks linked to below points. This is with the possibility to continuously learn and develop your competencies within International Mobility execution for inbounds, outbounds and returning expats (75+ movements per year). You will have a VIE reporting into you, so the position has managerial responsibilities.
Furthermore, you will be the focal point for Esbjerg International School and French school in TEPDK. In collaboration with TCS in Copenhagen, you are in close contact with TGI/TSE as well as our vendors supporting our international moves, to ensure timely service and a great customer experience. The responsibilities will also include onboarding activities for our international employees and accompanying families.

- International Mobility management execution – employees from other affiliates to TEPDK (inbounds) and TEPDK employees to other affiliates (outbounds)
- Returning expats – outbounds returning from assignment
- VIE moves from France to TEPDK
- International Executive management execution (NP15+)
- Temporary Accommodation + TEPDK lease Management
- TGI/TSE focal point in TEPDK
- Contractual Template maintenance in accordance with Danish Legislation and RAPMI
- RFS files to Finance on Expat cost allocation
