Your position
As our new Personnel Coordinator you will join our Operation Support department, where we coordinate several hundred employees at any given day. In our Operation Support department, you will join our Personnel Trades team, where they are is extremely dedicated and motivated, together they manage to create amazing results.
In the Trade team, one to two members are responsible for hiring and coordinating the employees in a given trade, e.g., smiths, electricians, rope access, scaffolders, etc.
We are looking for a new colleague, because Semco Maritime is in growth and that means more work for us because we have more personnel to hire and coordinate, we cannot wait to meet you and welcome you to our team.

You will take care of a broad variety of tasks related to recruitment, coordination, and rotation planning.

- Taking part in the hiring process of white-collar personnel as needed
- Coordination of white-collar personnel
- Creating and administrating contracts for white-collar personnel
- Administrative tasks related to document preparation, ensuring confidentiality
- Ad hoc tasks that may differ from day-to-day operations
Your profile and skills

To succeed in this position, we expect that you:
- Have experience in handling, coordinating and hiring personnel
- Possess excellent communication skills in Danish and English
- Are interested in working in an international setting and coordinating people from across the world
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and are keen on establishing relations
