In this position you will have a broad impact on Carlsberg’s global security landscape and prevent cybersecurity vulnerabilities throughout the entire development life cycle.
As part of the cyber security group, you will be responsible for building a team of both internal and external experts to enable their SSDLC processes and technology, making sure that their in-house and outsourced development is delivered securely. You will continuously work alongside their development teams, implementing security tools and measures to ensure all of Carlsberg’s services are delivered in a secure way.
Your primary tasks and responsibilities include:
• Design and execute a 3 year AppSec and DevSecOps roadmap
• Build and lead an AppSec team via a mix of internal colleagues and external managed services
• Collaborate with stakeholders such as software engineering teams, Group Commercial, Legal and Compliance
• Design and implement AppSec technology solutions such as DAST, SAST, API Security, Open Source Security, WAF, etc.
• Plan and execute an annual cycle of penetration testing and other application-layer security reviews
• Apply security and automation into the development pipeline and process while ensuring minimal delay of the release process
• Provide application security training
This is an opportunity to create a new team within their security group. You will have as much support as needed and will be empowered to decide on their way forwards within your area. As the right candidate for the position, you have a high level in English, both written and spoken. You have a solid background from an AppSec position or similar to take on the team lead or managerial responsibility.
Furthermore, you have:
• A solid knowledge of relevant secure development and testing methodologies such as OWASP, OSSTTM etc.
• A good knowledge of the following technologies: SAST, DAST, Container Security, open-source library security, (application) vulnerability management, WAF and cloud-based
application security
• Preferably having a solid development background
• Strong experience in stakeholder management
