In this position you will have a broad impact on tailoring the organization's capacity to meet the variations in demand using different tools.

Within the Demand and Contract Management department, you will be responsible for building and running the Demand management tools and processes. Furthermore, you will build and run a service catalogue including processes around the tools.

Your primary tasks and responsibilities include:

Create and develop the demand management tool and processes around it:
- Create processes on how to capture demand (globally)
- Implement tool and processes to the tool
- Create communication channels and demand repository

Run the Demand process
- Ensure the demand management process is constantly updated and that tool is constantly updated
- Adopt users to use the demand process
- Respond/communicate with users related to incoming requests
- Route demand to correct decision boards
- Map ongoing demand
- Have an overview of value created from demands
- Connect demand management process to the service catalogue and keep it updated
- Create short- and long-term plan on how to improve the demand management process

Create and Develop the Service Catalogue tool and processes around it
- Implement tool
- Connect backend systems
- Create processes between tools, users, service owners
- Update and improve the system constantly
- Develop new functions and features
- Start simple and increase scope on a yearly basis
- Map stakeholders and service owners
- Ensure updated cost picture on services together with finance.

Run the Service Catalogue
- Ensure the Service catalogue process is constantly updated.
- Ensure that tool is constantly updated
- Adopt users to use the service catalogue
- Respond/communicate with users related to incoming requests
- Updated services in the catalogue
- Have an overview of value created from the service catalogue
- Connect demand management process to the service catalogue and keep it updated
- Work together with the service owners and suppliers to update the catalogue
- Create short and long term plan on how to improve the service catalogue

Further:
- Understanding the processes and optimize them
- Finding and implementing DM tool
- To be able to run the tools

As the right candidate for the position, you have a high level in English both written and spoken. You have a solid background as a Demand Manager and possess leadership skills

Furthermore you have:
- Good understanding on demand management processes and strategies
- Financial and budgeting skills
- Analytical skills and data understanding
- Stakeholder management
- 3-5 years experience with project management in IT
