In this position you will be a subject matter expert that has global responsibility for the SAP GRC Access Control within the Carlsberg SAP system landscape.

You will within the Carlsberg Identity and Access Management team, be accountable to ensure that Carlsberg SAP GRC capabilities are used in the best way and maturity of it is constantly growing by suggesting changes relevant to Carlsberg Group and Integrated Information Technology strategy.

You will closely collaborate with Information Security, Integrated Information Technology Application & Technology Services, Group Internal Financial Control, Project Management Office and Group Internal Audit.

Your primary tasks and responsibility include:

Application management
- Managing SAP GRC Access Control (AC) 12.0 capabilities
- Managing SAP GRC AC product enhancements by building business cases and sharing with stakeholders
- Explore options to automate processes and use full capabilities of SAP GRC AC suite
- Extend scope of SAP GRC AC to cover on-premise and cloud solution

Service Delivery management
- Manage offshore SAP Authorization team
- Manage SAP Access Service Catalogue within ServiceNow
- Suggest ticket reduction initiatives and customer satisfaction improvements
- Seek for opportunities to automate and integrate applications (Success Factors/Active Directory/ServiceNow/SAP GRC)

Authorization management
- Guide security, role and authorization design, architecture and optimization
- Build, train and support process owner knowledge within SAP authorizations
- Collaborate with business process owners to adjust SAP authorizations that meet business requirements
- Provide SAP authorization problem management (3rd level support)

Segregation of Duties management
- Manage, optimize and report SoD conflicts within and across Carlsberg SAP landscape
- Coordinate SAP Access Risk reporting, monitoring and risk reduction initiatives
- Establish process to manage, develop and maintain the Carlsberg SoD Ruleset
- Analyze and suggest removal false positives in ruleset
- Support internal and external ERP audits

As the right candidate for the position you are enthusiastic about SAP GRC Access Control and Authorization and following the application roadmap provided by SAP.

Further you have:
- Min 6 years of experience in SAP GRC Access Control
- GRC AC – Access Request Management (ARM)
- GRC AC – Business Role Management (BRM)
- GRC AC – Emergency Access Management (EAM)
- GRC AC – Access Risk Analysis (ARA)
- Advanced SAP AC GRC 12.0 modules knowledge - process and configuration level
- Advanced Authorization knowledge of SAP systems (ECC / BW / CRM / APO / GRC)
- Advances Ruleset understanding and Access Risk Analysis
- Advanced Segregation of Duties concept knowledge and understanding 3 Lines defense model
- Relevant experience in SAP Role designing / re-design
- Experienced in troubleshooting authorization issues in a large-scale multi-site environment
- Experience in managing offshore team
- Excellent technical, analytical, negotiation and innovative skills including inspiration and getting buy-in from senior stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills communication

Good to have:
- Experience in SAP S/4 HANA (Fiori Frontend) Authorization
- Knowledge of Authorization concept within SAP Cloud solutions (Success Factors, Hybris, Ariba)
- Experience with SAP Process Control (PC)
- Experience in working with risk management practices
