Are you up for the challenge? Scandinavian Tobacco Group (STG) is looking for a junior analyst who will help lift the Group HR function with data management, analysis and project coordination.
What’s the job?
Working a student job should be challenging and support you in building capabilities. As a junior analyst in Group HR you will support our global HR group functions in their projects. You will not sit in meeting after meeting, but you will learn from some of the most competent people how a global HR function works with all the complexity that comes with it as well as through the tasks that you will be given. Ensuring the right coordination to fit in the global operating model, analyzing and preparing data for the HR group functions will be amongst your tasks.
You will be located in our headquarters in Gentofte and work an average of 15-20 hours a week.
Who are you?
We expect that you are at your 3rd year of your bachelor and have a great interest in and flair for data management and analysis. You are detailed oriented, structured, analytical and enjoy the coordination of tasks and projects.
You are fluent in English – both written and spoken. Excel is your best friend and you enjoy working in an HR system based on the philosophy that the HR system is the one point of truth. You will be working closely with your colleagues in the HR IS team in developing and maintaining the HR system.
