We are currently looking for a talented and detail-oriented student assistant for our Strategy & Transformation department. The job is located in Gentofte, Denmark. This is a great opportunity for a young scholar looking to pursue a career from a corporate function with access to a global organization. The challenge

Scandinavian Tobacco Group is an international FMCG company with operations in 20 countries, on four continents of 11,000 colleagues around the world with the vision of creating moments of enjoyment from some of nature’s finest products.
As a student assistant, your work will support the S&T by helping build a project management office managing our cross-functional portfolio and transformational programs.

Your responsibilities

• Expertly working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Keeping track of, booking & planning meetings, courses and webinars for the broader STG organization
• Understanding and making sense of the financials
• Gathering, assessing, comprising and creating meaningful reports and presentations that ultimately get presented to our Executive Board, Board of Directors and the STG organization
• Assisting with change communication-related activities for the STG organization
• Supporting project managers in filling out our project execution model templates and following the governance model in our project and portfolio management tool

What we are looking for

• You are currently in the last year of your bachelor’s degree, or in the first year of your master’s in finance, economics, or business administration
• It’s a plus if you can project manage
• You are detail-oriented, have a flair for excel, and understand the elements that make up an annual report
• You are creative in making PowerPoints and can tell a story
• You are adept at learning new technologies and comfortable working independently, after receiving guidance
• You are structured and able to multi-task to deliver on various planned and ad-hoc requests.

We expect you to work around 20 hours/week, but we are of course flexible around exams. You should be fluent in English and Danish, both written and spoken. You will be working at our head office in Gentofte and report to Director, Group Project Portfolio Management Office, Laurie Lachance Ræbild [email protected].
