You will be joining a team of commercial experts in portfolio management, revenue realization, KA management, retail development, operations, and sales excellence. You will get to trade hard work, dedication and engagement for a valuable commercial toolbox and the possibility to drive sustainable profit growth for our biggest business division, Europe Branded.
We are on a digital transformation journey
Being reactive is not in our nature. We drive the strategic commercial agenda for the division through market insights and data, securing direction and focus on what brings value. Hence with curious mindset and winning mentality, you will be a part of developing commercial frameworks in a digital transformation, enabling implementation across our diverse markets and categories.
Main Tasks and responsibilities
• Active role in the journey of digital buying experience across B2B e-com, marketing automation and loyalty programs.
• Support our change management stream, securing market onboarding in our journey
• Coordinate Commercial plan implementation in the markets of the Europe Branded division and its connection to the divisional strategy
• Track on market and business performance, propose incremental and/or corrective initiatives
• Prepare business cases for brand related and commercial projects
• Take on a project leader role on selected assignments
• Ad hoc tasks and assistance to the rest of the ComEx team

What is needed to succeed?
Being a world leading manufacturer of cigars and fine-cut tobacco Machine-Made Cigars and pipe tobacco requires new ways of thinking. This entails you will have to utilize your business understanding and experience to challenge us and our standards. To do so, you will work on many tasks simultaneously, and we believe that you are:
• In the last year of your bachelor’s degree with an intent to pursue a master’s in economics or business administration
• A self-starter who is quick to deliver, with a strong flair for numbers and excellent MS Office skills
• A person that takes pride in detail, is dedicated and meticulous whenever you take on a project
• Looking for an international opportunity, where you will have to build relations across borders, functions, and cultures
• Fluent in English; both written and spoken
We expect you to work between 15-20 hours/week in our headquarters in Gentofte.
