As we are ramping up our automation capacities because we want to move further on the digitalization and automation agenda we are looking for a Senior Automation Engineer to s to join our team. Sounds like an exciting opportunity?

The position
You will play a central role in maintaining and optimising our application, while ensuring stability and support of our production. In case of process variations, you will identifying the root cause and initiate corrective and preventive measures as quickly as possible. In this position you will primarily work with PCS/DCS Sattline, herunder help us integrate Sattline with MES PASX and upgrade Sattline to the next version.

In this position, you will have many opportunities to expand your knowledge and gain practical experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
You will also be a part of cross-organisational peer networks, allowing you to build your know-how and knowledge of how things are done in a state-of-the-art organisation, where specialists, experts and supporters are eager to share their experience.

About the Department
You will join our IT&OT department in Gentofte. We are responsible for daily support and digitalization and automation projects towards four production facilities that produces Growth Hormone and Haemophilia products.
The team consists of 25 skilled and very committed technicians and engineers. We service a couple Process Control Systems (PCS) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) that supports the pharmaceutical production, and the underlying IT infrastructure.

- Supporting day-to-day operations and contributing to the efficient execution of our manufacturing processes
- Developing and coding updates to optimise our production processes within Sattline
- Participating in projects and providing input on automation solutions to our stakeholders
- Qualifying & documenting the changes in the system and ensuring QA Department approvals
- Collaborating with operators and supporters to analyse and identify possible optimisations
- Troubleshooting and testing system deviations in production

- Technical or academic education within IT, automation, engineering or similar
- Experience within the operation of manufacturing processes and DCS, preferably Sattline
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, willingness to learn Danish would be advantageous
