As Project Professional for Material Handling, you will be a key player in specifying and defining the material-handling solution, together with line of business (LoB), the Senior Project Manager and Subject Matter Expert (SME) who are responsible for the MH process in the AP Expansions programme.You will be key in ensuring the solution is well documented and implemented to deliver business impact and will be hands on alongside your colleagues in ensuring the new technology will work from day 1. The newly established MH Work-Package is creating the future standards for equipment that handles incoming materials for filling lines, changing existing processes that are mainly manual into fully automated processes. The key tasks are: Project coordination of tasks within the MH work package. Development of future process flow with focus on designing flow and processes according to the aseptic standards and authority requirements. Preparing documentation and execute test and validation of activities within your area of responsibilities (FAT, SAT, IQ/OQ). Be part of the vendor oversight during the equipment build and test phase. Design and implement training setup for operations as well as authority inspection and other relevant compliance activities. You will be combining the inputs to a state-of-the-art MH technology solution, while working together with local and global stakeholders. As this position has a global scope collaborating with the sites in US, China, and France, you will have the opportunity to travel for the position. Qualifications Your experiences include: A degree in natural science or engineering areas, which could be as a technician, a supporter, a mechanical engineer. Experience from the pharma industry or other regulated industry where GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) or similar requirements exist. Experience from project work is desirable. Knowledge/ and interest in production equipment, automation, robotics is desirable. An excellent command of verbal and written English. Command of Danish, French or Chinese in addition is a plus!

The responsibility of AP Expansions is to plan and execute the establishment of new aseptic filling capacity across the global manufacturing network within BioTech and Rare Diseases (BRD) and Injectable Finished Products (IFP) for new filling platforms while ensuring harmonisation and global standards. Across the different roles there is a distinct global aspect as the end goal is a global standard and best practice, and working with multiple sites, cultures and traditions will be a key element.
