As our new process supporter with 2 - or 3-star certification, you will become part of a dedicated Ramp-Up Execution team, with all the necessary competencies to secure a robust and successful ramp-up of future packaging lines. The team consists of 9 dedicated colleagues, both process supporters, skilled workers and operators. In this role, your primary focus will be to support and participate in the ramp-up process of new incoming packaging lines, from installation to end of Ramp-up. Through a combination of data collection, improvement projects and Systematic Problem Solving (SPS), you will contribute to ensuring a stable and efficient Ramp-Up process using your strong LEAN-mindset and 2 or 3-star skills. The main tasks will be: • Identifying OEE improvement potential
• Continuous improvements + SPS
• Data collection and presentation
• Participating in defining shutdown scopes
You will have a versatile working day with different types of tasks with both short- and long-term deadlines. In this position, you will have a wide range of stakeholders and therefore good collaboration skills and can-do attitude are important traits to succeed.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
• A relevant technical education.
• Experience from a GMP-regulated production environment is an advantage.
• Danish and English communication skills are a must.
• Flair for troubleshooting on mechanical and/or automated machinery
• Experience with SPS
• Generally good with IT systems
• Good analytical skills
• Strong LEAN mindset
• 3-star or 2-star qualifications

About the department The Pack 1,5 ml. department consists of around 130 dedicated and skilled colleagues, divided into 6 teams and centered around two existing packaging lines L49 & L50. The department is currently expanding, and we are preparing for two brand new incoming packaging lines, L51 & L52. In this position you will be part of a team with highly skilled colleagues, who’s main responsibility and purpose is to ensure world class Ramp-Up of the incoming lines.
