As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead a number of projects and interact with both internal and external stakeholders both at the site and across our production facilities in Værløse and in Gentofte, where your homebase is located as part of the Business Support department. Your team will consist of project members from the production site, and you will join an international and diverse team of dedicated project managers and validation engineers in our Project Management Office. Your main responsibilities will include:
• Shape and mature future projects to ensure strategic alignment to the business need
• Execute several ongoing projects ensuring their benefit realization The position offers great opportunities to utilize your competencies for portfolio planning and stakeholder management, coaching project management colleagues and for personal growth and development. Qualifications
You will be a great asset to our team because you have:
• At least, 5 years of experience working as a Project Manager, delivering projects with high business impact
• Solid understanding of the Project Management toolbox
• Knowledge within GMP and working with validated equipment is a strong advantage
• Experience working with engineering firms, contractors, and/or manufacturers
• Professional proficiency in English As a professional, you are a confident communicator, comfortably addressing operators, managers and senior stakeholders and you have leadership skills. As a person you are reliable, loyal, structured and can motivate a team to deliver according to project objectives. You can lead through others and set clear objectives for a project team. You enjoy working according to tight deadlines and being a part of a dynamic team. You are self-motivated, work independently and used to think steps ahead of others.

Biotech and Rare Disease (BRD) Finished Products (FP) GEVA is a Corporate Vice President area with production sites situated close to Copenhagen. Here we are app. 700 colleagues who take responsibility for transforming API into the finished product that patients can use all over the world. We are producing at full speed on existing lines while building and ramping up new state of the art facilities. Our complex processes require a high level of expertise, commitment, and engagement from our employees and include formulation, filling, freeze-drying, product inspection, assembly, and pack. We bring value to patients by delivering high-quality GMP compliant products in a timely and cost-efficient manner. We drive change by working actively with LEAN and always looking for improvements within our processes, but also in the way we work together to make our products reach as many patients as possible.
