As Training Supporter, you will have a variety of responsibilities related to ensuring that high quality training and training materials are created adhering to our standards and uploaded correctly into our system. In your new role, you can expect that you will: Ensure that the processes you work with within our production areas are compliant with the regulatory requirements for training. The first area requiring your support is our new inspection lines. Collaborate with many different stakeholders globally. Participate in, and facilitate workshops, as well as help to consolidate output and drive development of training materials and support that improvements are continuously implemented. Ensure good collaboration among stakeholders, advice when needed and support the business to be inspection ready. To understand what adds most value for our stakeholders, you will spend a lot of time on shop floor. As a result, you can expect to move between several Danish Novo Nordisk locations as well as occasional travel to our locations abroad. The position is based in Bagsværd. Qualifications
In order for you to qualify for the position, we imagine that you have a combination of relevant formal education and experience, possibly from within education (workplace learning), training and/or learning & development, (occupational) psychology, behavioural economics, and/or similar or experience with training and/or learning in a regulated environment. Furthermore: You have experience as a facilitator as well as working within a regulated environment. Experience with LEAN and continuous improvement would be an advantage. You have strong communication skills and can communicate in Danish and English, both written and orally. You possess excellent organizational, structure and planning skills. As a person, you enjoy problem-solving, taking initiative and applying a structured approach to task management. You have a continuous improvement mindset and get energy from collaborating with others. You are self-driven, and you are able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with others and can assess when one is better over the other to succeed with your deliveries. To succeed in this role, we expect that you are able to: Apply competencies within training such as selecting the best training method, applying training standards, etc. Describe requirements for training and how Novo Nordisk lives up to these requirements. Competently navigating our training system, upload materials and maintain compliance. Have a strong understanding of the training value chain and its impact on Novo Nordisk’s training system. Effectively manage stakeholders and ensure strong collaboration. Apply a LEAN mindset to ensure improvements are captured and implemented across several production sites. About the department
You will join the business area Training & Capability Building which is a part of Global P&O. Within this area you will be a part of the Training Project Management team, a team of 12 highly skilled training Project Managers and Training Supporters who concern themselves with ensuring training effectiveness and compliance while also enabling our employees to deliver strong daily performance thus impacting our bottom line.
