The Product Transfer Lead is a unique opportunity, where you will be responsible for driving the technology transfer strategy for the first product introductions on the new global network of new Aseptic Production Facilities. This is done in close collaboration with Manufacturing Development, production sites and regulatory affairs. Additionally, you will be representing the area in drug development project teams. Key responsibilities include:
  • Drive a global technology transfer framework across multiple sites

  • Securing a robust process for product transfer and ongoing process verification

  • Secure scientific rationales are defined for process changes

  • Give input to regulatory strategy and Health Authority (HA) interactions

  • The job is ideal for a curious, people-driven, and result-oriented Project Manager who enjoys working in a flexible, collaborative, international, and open-minded environment. Qualifications
    You have an academic degree in Science, Engineering or similar, combined with at least 10+ years working experience in technology transfer related to the pharmaceutical industry with complex supply chain. To be successful in this position, your experiences include:
  • Understanding of GMP and regulatory landscape

  • Ability to create overview of complex processes including data structures

  • Capable of communicating complex topics in a simple way

  • Proven ability to collaborate with colleagues with different skills, cultures, and various physical locations

  • Fluency in written and spoken English

  • As an individual, you set high standards for your work and see collaboration as a key factor in success. You are a team player who works well managing complex dependencies between different areas in a structured way. You have a curious mind and can challenge conventionality in a positive way. The position is based in Gentofte, Denmark, however some travelling will be expected. About the Department
    In Fill Finish Expansions, we design fill finish facilities that we will still be proud of 20 years from now. In the product introduction team, we proactively prepare for product transfers across our future aseptic production facilities.
