As our new IT Architect, you will take on the specialist role and contribute to all activities from technical concept definition to solution maintenance and operations regarding M365 services. You will be part of ensuring that our +50.000 colleagues worldwide have a great user experience using M365 services in a regulated medical environment. We work in an agile set-up, where we share responsibility for the service, and you will be expected to collaborate and seek compromises with other senior architects in the team, the Product Owner and other relevant IT areas such as IT Security on a continuous basis. Other responsibilities include: Working closely with other IT areas for full value chain improvement on M365 services with a specific focus on collaboration and automation using M365 applications Collaborating on - and contributing to - the Product roadmap Testing and approving of new feature releases before providing them to end users along with troubleshooting and problem solving on advanced problems in collaboration with vendors Being responsible for the implementation and maintenance of operational set-up on M365 technologies as well as focusing on new technology roadmap such as Viva, Co-pilot, Mesh and more Writing documentation, knowledge articles, user guides and giving advise business stakeholders on how to apply M365 technologies in the best possible way and help design solutions fit for needs Skills we are looking for
To be successful in this role, we believe that you should have: Bachelor or master’s degree within science, engineering, IT, technology, or the like More than 3 years of technical hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies Experience with the M365 Admin Center, Azure services, Graph API, XR, AI technologies etc. will be an advantage in this role Familiarity with delivering to a global organisation and working in a regulated medical environment are considered as advantages On a personal level you are a persistent and curious problem solver who has a passion for AI, innovative technology, and a great sense to build relations, including communicating to and managing stakeholders on different organisational, as well as technical competency, levels. You will be part of DD&IT in Novo Nordisk, with more than +1500 colleagues around the world. You will work in Global IT Operations (GITO) unit where you will be part of the Digital Workplace. You will be part of the Danish anchored team of 14 dedicated people. Moreover, the Digital workplace include a US based team and an India based team. In Digital Workplace you will contribute to changing how Novo Nordisk employees work, collaborate and communicate. We are responsible for Microsoft 365 Platforms, Novo Nordisk Meeting technologies, Computing and Mobile platforms and devices. Together we focus on how to build a great digital workplace while ensuring stable and secure operations. Based on the SAFE agile framework, you will be part of our agile setup and work in a global agile team with responsibility for the Digitalization, Automation and Collaboration Experience of the Digital workplace including M365 tools, Power Platform, and other related services.
