Do you have significant experience within the area of Mergers & Acquisitions, and especially participation in the IT integration part? Then join Novo Nordisk, DD&IT, as an M&A Integration Lead and play a key role in shaping the future of M&A integrations.
About the department
The M&A Integration Lead is based in Global IT Operations (GITO), however, representing all of DD&IT. GITO is an area with ~400 employees distributed across more than 25 countries, managing Infrastructure, CLOUD services and Digital workplace. The M&A Integration Lead will report to the Director of Strategy & Transformation.
Strategy & Transformation is a team of 25 highly skilled and dedicated employees, responsible for driving the strategy and supporting the agile delivery engine in GITO. Furthermore, we are securing successful integration of future acquisitions and driving cross-functional projects.
The position
• The Integration Lead will be responsible for leading M&A Integrations and actively participate in building up capabilities in the Core M&A team as well as across DD&IT
• The Integration Lead will take the agreed Integration Strategy and build an actionable plan, and drive the integration towards timely execution of this plan
• The Integration Lead will communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders globally, and informally make an impact for the better of the project
• The Integration Lead will participate in both Due Diligence and Integrations for the M&A activtivies in Novo Nordisk, however, with an ofset in DD&IT
• The Integration Lead will ensure to include other areas of DD&IT when needed in the DD and/ or Integration phase
Qualifications
You have a master’s degree in Business, IT or another relevant field. You have solid experience from Mergers and Acquisitions, preferably in large complex organisations where you have been part of the whole process.
You are a team player and can build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders on all levels of an organisation. You can work independently and thrive in a busy and global environment where priorities change, and fast decisions are needed to move on.
Success in this role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build credibility and engage stakeholders at all levels.
