Summary:

As an e-Commerce Manager B2B at Scandinavian Tobacco Group (STG), your role would involve overseeing and managing the company's e-commerce operations specifically targeting business-to-business (B2B) customers. You will be based in Copenhagen, reporting directly to the Head of Digital B2B, joining a diverse team.

What can you expect as an e-Commerce Manager B2B at Scandinavian Tobacco Group?

  • Ensure successful market adoption of our B2B platform
  • Be the subject matter expert in eCommerce
  • Define analysis and reporting on ecommerce metrics for Business Analysist to build
  • Follow and report on ecommerce KPIs for all markets (Currently 9) Sales, AOV, Retention, Customers onboarding.
  • Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform by identifying and specifying improvements on systems, governance and for customers
  • Managing and executing centrally driven campaigns together with CRM, Loyalty, MA – supporting local markets on theirs.
  • Ensuring customers insights from ecommerce channel are exchanged and used commercially within CRM and Marketing Automation.
  • Ensure commercial quantification of new developments and defining these in close collaboration with IT and implementation partners.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B e-commerce strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Manage the e-commerce platform for B2B, ensuring optimal functionality, security, and scalability.
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with the Digital Community in countries – You must be interested in educating these people make digital a focal point.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant e-commerce laws, regulations, and data protection requirements.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, innovations, and best practices in B2B e-commerce, and implement relevant improvements to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.

As an e-commerce manager, you will play a crucial role in driving B2B sales, enhancing customer experience, and contributing to the growth and success of Scandinavian Tobacco Group's e-commerce operations.

Note that you closest colleagues has a similar responsibility within; Salesforce, Marketing Automation, Loyalty and Content Management.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise (that matter the most for this role):

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Ecommerce, Digital Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager in a B2B setting and with a commercial mindset.
  • In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and best practices for B2B sales.
  • Strong understanding of B2B customer needs and behaviors, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting(Google Analytics and PowerBi), using insights to drive decision-making and optimize e-commerce performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry landscape, embracing innovation and change.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce compliance requirements and data protection regulations.
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or Salesforce Pardot is a plus.
