Digital Manager - Marketing Copenhagen

Summary:
The Digital Manager is responsible for building and overseeing EUB’s digital online strategies, digital campaigns and online presence to enhance brand visibility and drive sales performance for STG’s ‘white pouches’ brand portfolio, including, XQS, Ström and !Act.
In line with STG’s ambition to enter a new category across Europe, the Digital Manager will be responsible for managing social media, SEO and digital advertising, while staying abreast of category trends for optimal online performance. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining an accurate EUB consumer persona, online customer path purchase and brand performance.
What Can You Expect as Digital Manager at STG?
· Pitching, briefing and managing the EUB digital media agency to develop EUB’s media plan by brand, per year.
· Plan and execute all EUB digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
· Build the EUB consumer persona per brand.
· Translating EUB plan into a local media plan and supporting countries in terms of capability and activation.
· Collaborate with Brand Owner team to get the global digital material assets and to maintain EUB social media presence, and develop the EUB content to support local countries,
· Have a value creation mindset to build brands, grow market share and revenue.
· Transcreation of the global content / creation of regional content
· Collaboration with the EUB Ecom Manager for EU KA campaigns and content development.
· Collaboration with the EUB analyst for analyzing EU campaign performance.
· Work closely with the EUB Marketing Manager, New Category to integrate digital onto the omnichannel strategy and deployment.
· Act as a leader to drive a deeper use of data and customer insights.
· Move from reporting to insights by being proactive in identifying consumer opportunities.
· Accountable for performance measurement and reporting for all digital marketing campaigns, assessed against goals (ROI and KPIs).
· Responsible for the EUB Digital budget.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise (that matter the most for this role):
· Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
· Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
· Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
· Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
· Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
· Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
· Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
· Manage, design, implement and provide support for all key reporting solutions across our multiple channels.
· Monitor competitors’ online strategies and drive opportunities to differentiate and increase market share.
· Must be able to prepare and present information and insights to executives.
· Manage multiple priorities and projects to achieve business needs on time.
· Coach and develop local marketing team that is engaged and motivated to achieve goals.
Competencies:
· BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
· Proven working experience in digital marketing.
· Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
· Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
· Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
· Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends).
· Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
· Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
· Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
· Experience in performing and analyzing A/B, multivariate and other forms of web usability testing.
· Experience preparing/presenting dashboards & reports to senior leadership team and C-level executives.
· Excellent team management and teamwork skills.
· Highly organized with ability to manage time, priorities and multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
