Contribute to the development and roll-out of strategic projects in DSV Road
As a Business Change Consultant in our Process Excellence and Implementation team within BCM Road, you will play a central role in implementing key strategic projects within DSV Road. We offer a flexible role, with great responsibility where you take part of a highly skilled team of colleagues.
Ideally, you will be based at our HQ in Hedehusene near Copenhagen. However, if necessary, you may choose to work out of one of our other European offices.
As a valued business partner, you will assist in supporting the 34 European sections of DSV Road. More specifically, you will:
As all our projects are international, you can expect around 20-50 days of international travel per year.

You will be part of a young and energetic Business Change Management department that comprises highly competent colleagues who are driven by the ambition to create and lead successful change management projects. While we are based in Denmark, we have colleagues in Sweden, Spain, Lithuania and the Netherlands, we ensure alignment and share insights via Skype and regular meetings.

Experience with road freight and knowledge of change management and processes.
To succeed in this role, experience with road freight is considered a big advantage. You are a team player who can manage to work independently and who knows how to communicate and collaborate in order to achieve the defined business objectives. You can stand your ground when challenged, and you know how to navigate at both top management and specialist level. Equally importantly, you can balance urgent tasks with long-term projects because you are self-motivated and highly organised.

As a valued business partner, you will assist in supporting the 34 European sections of DSV Road. More specifically, you will:
- Support the development, implementation and administration of DSV Road strategic projects
- Contribute to the description of products, services and processes.
- Assist in updating processes for our internal projects, while growing your project management skills as well as supporting the BCM Road management team with our strategic targets.
- Work alongside and assist our Business change managers and take active part in our IT roll-out projects.
As all our projects are international, you can expect around 20-50 days of international travel per year.

- Have experience with road freight and/or operational finance – we can shape your role according to your level of experience
- Have thorough knowledge of change management and stakeholder management e.g. Prosci/ADKAR
- Have great communication skills and can tackle resistance.
- Structured approach and have experience working on long-term projects.
- Speak and write English fluently
