Welcome to IT Organisation, Process and Governance
You will join Operational Insight – a small, new team consisting of yourself and your manager. Since this area will become more and more important as our business continues to grow, we can only imagine that new colleagues will join the team in time.
Operational Insight will be situated in the IT Organisation, Process and Data Governance, a staff function reporting to the Group CIO in DSV. We are 50 Danish and international colleagues, and many of us have been here for several years, because we enjoy the energy and the professional development that comes with being a part of a growing company. And we are aware that this growth can only continue if stay adaptable and keep on prioritising the necessary technical investments.
Produce transparent and visually appealing reports for our global organisation
Your task will be to produce reports on our IT non-financial KPIs using Microsoft Power BI based on requests from our global reporting community that you will be collaborating closely with. In this, you ensure that the quality of the reports from the line organisation live up to our standards before publication, and that the data sets are clean.
These reports will ultimately be used by line managers and executives of Global IT, so it is important that they are transparent and visually easy to decode. On a monthly basis, you are also responsible for preparing the KPI for Executive Group Management in IT.
Your focus will be on the operational tasks involved in the reporting, but you will also be included in discussions regarding the organisation of the new service function that your manager will establish.
A Power BI superuser with strong communication skills
You are good at matching the expectations of the recipients of your reports, and you naturally make sure that you are understood when you communicate with colleagues with different professional backgrounds than your own.
Moreover, it is important that you are able to prioritise and plan your work, and that you can handle several ongoing tasks simultaneously, since your pipeline will be busy at times.

Professionally, we imagine that you:
- Have a master’s degree within engineering, computer science or similar
- Have a few years of experience from a non-financial reporting function in a global organisation
- Are a superuser of Microsoft Power BI
- Speak and write English fluently – Danish is not a prerequisite
