The position
The position as business change consultant within Digital & Data Strategy and Portfolio Management is placed within or Global Business Change Management office that is responsible for defining our Digital & Data strategy.
As our business change consultant within Digital & Data Strategy and Portfolio Management, your initial focus will be to help build the portfolio for our Digital & Data products. The Portfolio Management will ensure close collaboration across, alignment with priorities, and a focus on value creation according to our DSV business value stream.
Your key focus will be to help facilitate and drive this portfolio.

Your qualifications
You have a strong interest in digital transformation and strategy as well as a broad technical understanding of IT-related capabilities. You hold a bachelor or master’s degree in a relevant subject area. Preferably, you have worked with Agile and have fulfilled an agile role in your team.

The Portfolio Management will ensure close collaboration across, alignment with priorities, and a focus on value creation according to our DSV business value stream.

Your responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate events across the portfolio
- Use agile methods to assist the teams in delivering value and impact
- Escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement across use cases
- Help ensure transparency of the portfolio and making it clear what business value is delivered from the portfolio
- Support portfolio governance and management practices to be aligned with the overall agile transformation in DSV
Your qualifications
You have a strong interest in digital transformation and strategy as well as a broad technical understanding of IT-related capabilities. You hold a bachelor or master’s degree in a relevant subject area. Preferably, you have worked with Agile and have fulfilled an agile role in your team.
You must have:
- 1-2 years of experience working with digital & data management
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Experience working with data/BI/AI/ML operating models and/or DataSecOps
- An organised and proactive mindset and the ability to be a hands-on team player in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills, as you will formulate complex messages and methods in speech and writing
- Fluency in English, as this is our corporate language
- Extensive technical understanding of an IT organisation and the ability to navigate within and across technical domains
