Are you ready to drive IT and digitisation across DSV? And do you get motivated by finding solutions to complex IT/Business challenges and driving their implementation?
DSV Business Applications is building up a team called Strategy and Special Projects, and Tiger Teams. We are therefore looking for a Lead to drive IT transformation initiatives across DSV.

Your main task will be to initiate, drive and follow up on IT initiatives with a focus on projects that go across business and IT verticals or where the verticals might not have the capacity to run them by themselves.
This includes:
Your Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with related project management or delivery management experience; or equivalent combination of post high school education and experience, as well as experience leading a project team. Related experience in the logistics solutions industry is highly desirable.

Your main task will be to initiate, drive and follow up on IT initiatives with a focus on projects that go across business and IT verticals or where the verticals might not have the capacity to run them by themselves.
This includes:
- Clear and precise communication to and alignment with stakeholders on multiple organisational levels and verticals
- Daily interaction with delivery teams making sure they have optimal working conditions
- Producing and maintaining project documentation in alignment with DSV’s documentation standards.
- Acting as a knowledge resource for status on the initiatives
- Anticipating and tracking dependencies between initiatives
- Risk management
- Being the main contact point for stakeholders outside the delivery teams when it comes to non-technical topics
- Collaborating with delivery team leads to ensure that deliverables are fully aligned with project objectives
- Manage and communicate changes to requirements/objectives, and updating the solution documentation accordingly
Your Qualification

- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
- Ability to be a team player, as well as the ability to effectively influence technical teams.
- Ability to act accordingly under pressure, along with the ability to effectively manage crisis situations.
- Ability to develop, improve and/or streamline processes to meet established goals and objectives.
- Ability to deliver to and successfully manage stakeholder expectations while working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, budgets and resources.
- Ability to demonstrate expertise in delivering to a strategic agenda.
- Ability to be flexible in project management methodology and go with the best fit to the situation/character of the initiative
