DSV is mostly know for providing logistic solutions for companies, but we have lately launched a new self-storage concept - Smarter Storage - aimed at private customers. Instead of the customer bringing their stuff to a self-storage warehouse we will come to the customers home and collect and return their stuff. We are currently operating in Copenhagen and Vienna with more markets to be added soon.
While our Product Manager is away, we are looking for a student assistant to take care of some of the tasks in Smarter Storage. You will work independently and report directly to our CCO based in the Netherlands.
What You Will Be Doing
You will be the one making sure that all activities within Smarter Storage runs according to plan, ensure that all customers have a good experience and that other stakeholders get the support they need.
Your background
You are probably studying a bachelors or masters degree, but academic background is not of high importance, A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn are more critical.

As a person you are:
We expect you to work 10-18 hours a week, and at least 4 days a week during the whole period. If you have exams during the period you can work at bit less in those weeks, but we need you to work some hours all weeks. You will be based at our newly built headquarter in Hedehusene, just west of Copenhagen, but are also able to do some of the work remotely.
The position is a temporary position for the period April 1 – July 31, 2022.

What You Will Be Doing

- Assist our finance team with the data they need from our IT systems
- Assist the local operation in Denmark and Austria when they have issues or questions
- Coordinate with external marketing agencies about changes to marketing activities
- Assist our call center in answering customer requests
- Reply to customers by e-mail and ensure that all problems are solved, and the customers are happy
- Reply to comments on Facebook
Your background
You are probably studying a bachelors or masters degree, but academic background is not of high importance, A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn are more critical.
In addition, we emphasize the following:
- You speak and write English and Danish fluently
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Previous knowledge about handling B2C customers
- Knowledge of WordPress, Facebook Business and/or Google Ads is an advantage but not a requirement
As a person you are:
- Service-minded and take pride in providing a good service to both stakeholders and colleagues.
- Structured and organized
- Friendly and outgoing, with a can-do attitude.
- Naturally curious with a strong willingness to learn.
- Self-confident with the ability to work independently.
