Join a brand new team – with a digital platform focus
Based in our HQ in Hedehusene, we are in the early stages of creating the new Digital Core department. We are expecting it, over time, to be made up of 8 product platform owners with 4-10 product owners each and a director. Together with the team, you will ensure the digital future of our business.

Take ownership of one or more digital platforms
We are looking for more than one platform owner for our currently 8 platforms, which range from being business-centric to more IT-facing. We want to wait and see what direction your talents and ambitions can take you in our unit, before we decide on a definite product platform(s) for you to manage, enabling you to settle in perfectly within our team.
Overall, your responsibility is to build a vision for the platform, identify how we get there and then make it happen – giving you the creative freedom and independence to shape how you work. Doing so, you will build a large internal network, all the way from top management to developers and your peers and team members.
Regardless of the specific platform, generally, we imagine that you will spend your days:
Depending on the platform, you can expect to have some travel days in Europe.

- Establishing, maintaining, and delivering on the overall product road map and strategy for the platform together with the relevant business stakeholders
- Acting as ambassador for the digital core product platform
- Managing the product teams for digital products on the platform
- Creating a culture of innovation and proactive initiative on the digital product platform, the team of product owners and their delivery teams
- Managing communication towards and from the organisation around the Digital Core product platform
Depending on the platform, you can expect to have some travel days in Europe.

- Are well-versed in structuring plans for activities and then delivering – both individually and within a team

- Have an overall understanding of the technical aspects of the product platform, so that you can more easily communicate the team’s needs into tangible actions
- Have a delivery and service-oriented mindset
