Do you want to play a key role in developing and improving the IT system management processes in Novo Nordisk? Do you have a strong quality mind-set combined with a wish to provide broad support within IT system management? Then you could be our new IT System Manager/IT System responsible in DFP in Hillerød.

About the department
You will be part of the Local IT Compliance and System Management unit consisting of 13 highly skilled System Managers, Compliance and GMP Coordinators, Architects and SME’s with daily collaboration with end-users, colleagues and stakeholders across the site as well as with vendors. We work in a unit with the aim to secure high quality and compliance of the Sites critical IT systems and infrastructure settings.

Our main focus is on IT governance, security, System Life Cycle, minor projects and our license to operate. The department is characterised by strong collaboration and good team spirit, and functions as anchor point for IT-functions and projects across DFP Site Hillerød.

The Position
As our new IT System Manager/System Responsible, you will be responsible for a portfolio of GxP IT systems primarily related to DFP Site Hillerød as well as for implementation of small IT projects related to the specific systems.

You will act independently to ensure all aspects of meeting Novo Nordisk defined compliance requirements and quality levels are fulfilled. Moreover, you will plan, drive and ensure systematic periodic reviews are conducted timely and drive/report regarding LCM, risk assessments, IT security planning, patching, user reviews etc.

You will act as a single point of contact, liaison partner, and escalation support for your collaboration partners and stakeholders such as local suppliers, end users and System Owners.

Qualifications
Preferably, you hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or similar backed by 2+ years of relevant experience in operation and maintenance of IT systems.

A vital skill required for this job would be experience with production; IT Projects and administration of IT systems GMP understanding and knowledge of GAMP.

As a person you take ownership and is capable of planning and driving a task to completion. You are structured in approach, have a good analytical sense and a quality mind-set. It goes without saying that you are a strong team player, happy to share information, workload, and experience.

Furthermore, you are known for building good relations with your colleagues and stakeholders at all levels in an organization. You are required to have good written and spoken proficiency in Danish and English.
