Then we offer you a unique opportunity to apply and expand your skillset in our newly established filling facility. We are looking for 3 new team members to join our team. Come and join us as our new Filling Professional based in Hillerød!

About the department

You will be part of Injectable Finished Products (IFP), and more specifically you will be part of the department AP Filling and Inspection. Our team, Operational Support, was established recently and expanding rapidly! Currently, you will be joining and welcomed by a team of 12.

The department located in Hillerød is responsible for operations, maintenance, validation and qualification of our two new isolator filling lines. You will have the opportunity to be part of this, driving, impacting and improving processes. Furthermore, you will be exposed to new technology. You will get the chance to develop and grow professionally!

We are a launch site for new products in Novo Nordisk! We will be tasked with the amazing challenge of being able to produce new products in our diabetes portfolio.

The position

As our new Filling Professional, your tasks will be focused on supporting our two isolator filling lines and on batch release of our products. You will be responsible for ensuring that we live up to regulatory standards and are ready for inspections from the authorities. Together, we are responsible for supporting the production, ensuring that the process is in compliance with regulatory requirements, and that our production is stable and timely to the benefit of our patients.

Specifically, some of your tasks will include:

  • Support to our filling lines.
  • Batch release of our products.
  • Participation in projects.
  • Process improvements.
  • Handle deviations and ensuring compliance within documentation.

Additionally, you will work with optimisation of processes and procedures using LEAN as your primary methodology.

Throughout your work, you will have a broad range of stakeholders, and you will be collaborating across different teams allowing you to build a broad network throughout the organisation.

Qualifications

  • You hold an academic Degree within engineering, natural sciences, or pharmacy.
  • We are open to applications from those who have just finalised their studies and looking to apply their knowledge within a GMP environment.
  • It is advantageous if you have experience from a regulated production environment.
  • Good stakeholders’ skills at all levels.
  • You are fluent in spoken English and Danish.
