The Position

As our new Associate Manager, you will be heading up a QA team supporting a manufacturing department with production of new products in BRD as well as a QA team in the project phase of building and ramping up new state of the art additions to keep up with demand and new Novo Nordisk products. You will also be a member of the management team in BRD QA API DK, and you will participate in cross-organisational projects and collaborations. Moreover, you will lead the way and be a role model in a LEAN culture where openness, honesty and focus on continuous improvements are natural parts of your personality. The position offers great opportunities for personal and professional development.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have:

  • A Bachelors, Masters or equivalent degree in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or other relevant scientific discipline.

  • Strong leadership skills and have the ability take the lead and focus on deliverables.

  • Preferably experience from API production.


  • Experience with GMP, quality management and audits / inspections

  • Good communication skills, and you express yourself clearly and distinctly in both Danish and English.

About the Department

Our department BRD QA API DK are responsible for assuring safe and innovative products for our patients. The department consists of more than 50 highly qualified employees led by an engaged and experienced leadership team. You will be a part of a department where behavioural targets are driving our culture and where setting direction for quality is driven through quality oversight and our ability to support and drive improvements. In your role, you will refer directly to the Director & QP for BRD QA API DK.
