The Department
You will be part of the unit Product Supply (PS) Process Digitalisation, we change the way how we work across Product Supply. Product Supply is the largest organisational unit in Novo Nordisk with 20,000+ employees globally across five continents, responsible for the entire supply chain of all Novo Nordisk products.
PS Process Digitalisation drive the automation and digitalisation portfolio end-to-end from use case assessments to production of our live solutions in Product Supply. Our department Business Process Management in PS Process Digitalisation is among other areas responsible for designing and developing mission critical software solutions based on new ideas and use cases coming in from line of business. We use MODERN TECHNOLOGY to a broad extend and are always curious and innovative. We assess the processes for automation and digitalisation with origins in Design Thinking by taking onset in understanding the user needs, challenge their assumptions for optimisations where needed and redefine problems statements in order to create innovative and usable solutions.
We are a high performing, international, and diverse unit driven by vision to make adaptable change and thus explore, digitalise, and automate complex business challenges with cutting edge technology.
The Position
We are seeking a new colleague with a good technical understanding and a curiosity towards new technology, who can translate business needs into tailored digital solutions. You will be part of one or more DevOps teams, delivering digital solutions for complex processes to our colleagues across the Product Supply value chain. Together with the DevOps team, your primary responsibility is development, testing, documentation, and quality control of both critical (GxP) and non-critical solutions. You will also take part in improving design and coding standards, assessment of new potential solutions, knowledge sharing and exploring new technologies.
You will report to the Senior Manager of Business Process Management. The position is based in Bagsværd, Denmark.

We expect that you have:
- At least a bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or other IT related field
- Experience with digitalization tools like SAP UI5 and ABAP cloud, and programming experience in SAP Logistics modules (PPPI, QM, SD, MM, GBT, ATTP)
- IT experience covering design specification, solution design, development, validation, implementation, and maintenance of IT solutions
- Understanding of GxP relevant systems and the requirements.
- Fluent in oral and written English
Preferably you also have:
- 8-10 years of experience
- Exposure to pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage
- Knowledge about UX design and methodology as design thinking
- Experience working within Agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe) and using Azure DevOps
